Tuscany is one of our favorite regions in Italy. Tuscany will never cease to please its visitors, whether they are elegant, historic, cultural, or hospitable. There is a lot to see and do here, but we only had ten minutes. So, this week, here is our list of what to expect in this beautiful region of Italy.

Go Wine Tasting

Although you can go on a wine tour in almost any region of Italy, Tuscany is particularly rich in historical heritage and wine varieties. It is made in wineries with centuries-old vineyards and beautiful villas. Some of them even have guest rooms – look for a vineyard hotel.

Tour agencies offer a wide range of tours. Some of them include a tour of the city, such as Florence, and an additional wine tour.

Stay at Il Salviatino

Stay at this amazing villa in Florence, Tuscany, which is located right in the heart of the city. Set in a restored 15th century villa on a Fiesole hillside with views of Florence and Tuscany, the hotel not only provides perfect accommodation, but also the entire experience.

Everything in the hotel is handpicked, from the art and Tuscan linens to the spa products and organic vegetable garden ingredients. Chef Carmine Cal is a true artist who prepares traditional Tuscan dishes with his own unique spin.

Bathe in Sansone Beach

This divine beach offers complete tranquillity. While Amalfi and Capri are overrun with tourists, Sansone remains relatively undiscovered, with visitors congregating on the countryside. Meanwhile, even in the summer, the coast moves at a different pace.

Just look at the blue water and the dramatic cliffs, but also the soft golden sand. This is a thrilling discovery for vacationers.

Wine and Dine

Who doesn’t enjoy Italian food? It’s as good as it gets here. The majority of the ingredients are grown in Tuscany and are brought directly from farms, mills, factories, and vineyards. Don’t skimp on the food – this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience a true feast of the senses.

The region’s delicious wines are world famous. A variety of cheeses, salamis, and hams paired with a glass of red Chianti will be the perfect ending to a nice romantic evening Italian style.

 Visit Arezzo

Arezzo, a beautiful town, has been known since Roman times and earlier. It now has beautiful Medieval architecture and a town square. A plethora of churches demonstrate how styles evolved over time. Visit the museums to learn about the historical twists and turns.

The town is only 80 kilometers from Florence and makes for a pleasant and rewarding day trip.

Take a Picture in front of Pisa Tower

An accident made the ancient town famous around the world. The Leaning Tower of Pisa was supposed to be straight, but it was accidentally tilted. However, it draws millions of tourists each year, many of whom take amusing selfies with the famous tower.

The city has many beautiful buildings from the Medieval and Renaissance periods, as well as museums.
