Although you can go on a wine tour in almost any region of Italy, Tuscany is particularly rich in historical heritage and wine varieties. It is made in wineries with centuries-old vineyards and beautiful villas. Some of them even have guest rooms – look for a vineyard hotel.

Arezzo, a beautiful town, has been known since Roman times and earlier. It now has beautiful Medieval architecture and a town square. A plethora of churches demonstrate how styles evolved over time. Visit the museums to learn about the historical twists and turns.
The town is only 80 kilometers from Florence and makes for a pleasant and rewarding day trip.

An accident made the ancient town famous around the world. The Leaning Tower of Pisa was supposed to be straight, but it was accidentally tilted. However, it draws millions of tourists each year, many of whom take amusing selfies with the famous tower.
The city has many beautiful buildings from the Medieval and Renaissance periods, as well as museums.
